Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch. Lead staff, drive lending, product sales, customer service, and safety in line with company objectives.

You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and promote a sales and service culture through coaching and supervision. Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals for profitability, loan volume, credit quality and expense.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect delinquent accounts per guidelines.
• Actively pursue business development relationships in the community and sell products to meet sales goals.
• Manage hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews, and terminations; establish lending authority for associates.
• Ensure high quality client service; assist clients with solutions and monitor satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned.
