Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is seeking a Branch Manager in Valparaiso, IN to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding service to customers. This role offers growth within a trusted consumer finance lender with over 50 years in the market.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive branch growth, oversee loan processes, address delinquency, and coach a team to perform at their best while maintaining compliant operations and strong customer relationships.

Formación
