Job summary

Regional Management Corp. seeks a General Manager for our Texas branch in San Antonio. You will lead a high-performing team, manage P&L, drive loan growth, and cultivate partnerships with local businesses to expand our consumer finance presence.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, risk management, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with FDCPA and UDAAP standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services
• 3+ years of management experience
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance
• Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a focused and dedicated team to meet loan goals and metrics.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to improve profitability, control, and growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within a high-performing branch.
• Direct managers and team members in setting and achieving collection goals within FDCPA guidelines.
• Establish and build customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
