Job summary

Veryable in St. Louis seeks a highly motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth in manufacturing and logistics by expanding the customer base and promoting its on-demand labor marketplace.

You will engage decision-makers across plant and warehouse operations to explain the value of Veryable and help clients onboard and scale the solution. Ideal candidates are energetic, coachable, data-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments.
• Willingness to learn lean/manufacturing/supply chain concepts and communicate value to clients.
• Ability to visit local businesses in the St. Louis metro area regularly (< 25% travel).

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold company values and culture.
• Conduct site visits with manufacturing and warehouse leaders to build strategic accounts.
• Present value of Veryable’s platform to potential clients.
• Create roadmaps to onboard clients and establish success benchmarks.
• Research target lists and maintain relationships via calls, emails, and social media.
• Manage CRM systems and identify scalable ways to generate interest.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot to manage the development process.
• Monitor operational and business development metrics.
• Perform market research to stay current on industry trends.
• Collaborate with regional team to grow Veryable’s local footprint.
