Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health is hiring Behavioral Technicians to deliver ABA therapy for children with autism. The role includes both center-based and home-based sessions, with mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour for billable RBT hours, with additional pay for BT hours before RBT certification. Full-time benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with frequent movement and floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
