Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help children reach their development milestones by delivering therapeutic sessions at clinics or in homes.

The RBT role demands a high school diploma, ability to manage physical tasks, and strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary between $19.00 and $20.16 per hour, along with benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working with children and able to perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
