Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kansas to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Training is fully paid, with dedicated mentorship and a clear RBT career ladder.

On-site roles with a structured schedule and ongoing professional development are offered. We provide company-paid RBT certification, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
