Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health, part of the BlueSprig family, is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive, growth‑focused team. Training is fully paid, no experience required, with on‑site mentoring and a clear RBT career path.

You will provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings, teach communication and self‑help skills to children with autism, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to track progress and achieve

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift upto 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
