Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for flexible, part‑time roles. The position offers growth opportunities, complimentary RBT training, and reimbursement for travel where applicable.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients during sessions and travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
