Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in a supportive environment.

Roles offer part-time scheduling with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand. Training to become an RBT is provided, along with travel reimbursement where applicable and a comprehensive benefits mindset for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
