Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with growth potential as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment. The position emphasizes flexibility, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
