Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings.

Roles are part‑time with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand, offering a training track to become an RBT and pathways to advancement. We provide 40‑hour RBT training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth while offering competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
