Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Leads all strategic and tactical innovation workstreams for the beer portfolio with direct reports.
• Identify whitespace opportunities based on consumer trends and develop new-to-world concepts, liquids, and brands.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams in development and launch of new products.
• Direct end-to-end product development through the Stage Gate process from idea to scale-up.
