Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Human Resources Director – Beer Marketing to serve as a strategic HR partner to the EVP managing director Beer Brands and to the Beer Marketing leadership team in the US. The role leads organization design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change leadership for growth platforms and acquired assets.

Business integration and talent assessment are core focuses within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience across strategic business partnership, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for HR programs across Beer Marketing, New to World Innovation, and M&A activity.
• Lead HR workstreams for innovation buildouts, due diligence, integration planning, and talent strategy.
• Coach senior leaders on change management, culture, and leadership development across the Beer Division.
• Partner with HR COEs to implement core HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, and talent development.
