Benchmark Search Group is a boutique accounting and finance recruiting firm serving Dallas-Fort Worth. We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help us grow by building relationships, identifying hiring needs, and bringing new clients to the firm.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, or professional services sales experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Connect with CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and hiring leaders.
• Understand hiring challenges and explain how Benchmark can help.
• Generate qualified meetings and work with leadership to win new clients and searches.
• Reconnect with past clients and build referral relationships.
• Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and activity in our CRM.
• Meet established activity, new-client, and revenue goals.
