Job summary

AppLovin in Beijing or Shanghai is seeking a driven Manager, Business Development to lead growth for a portfolio of mid-to-large eCommerce clients, partnering with marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue. This client-facing role requires building relationships with senior stakeholders, onboarding and scaling accounts, and shaping an expanding Consumer (eCommerce & Apps) business line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of BD/sales/marketing in eCommerce or AdTech.
• Proven ability to onboard and scale mid-to-large clients.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and revenue for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.
• Manage full lifecycle from prospecting to expansion and renewal.
• Serve as primary strategic contact with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligning with client goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and close opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline accurate forecasts and share best practices.
