Job summary

AppLovin is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to join the Consumer team in Asia-Pacific markets. You will help non-gaming apps grow through the company’s advertising platform, building strong client relationships and coordinating with product and operations teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

You will research market trends, support lead generation and contract negotiations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or mobile ad tech/digital marketing.
• Interest in APAC e-commerce and non-gaming apps markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in APAC e-commerce and non-gaming app verticals.
• Support sales cycle from lead gen to contract closing with guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships and support campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams on onboarding and optimization.
• Track market trends and compile industry insights for reports.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and prepare summaries.
