Job summary

Ats Family is seeking a Business Development Manager in Huntsville, Alabama to help grow the Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. This role requires a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who will partner with operations leadership to deliver exceptional services to clients.

The successful applicant must have commercial experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel extensively. ATS offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Commercial Experience is required.
• 5 years of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service Experience is preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document customer opportunities.
• Identify and assist in recruiting qualified individuals for service roles.

Skills

Commercial Experience

NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service Experience

CRM experience in Sales Force or Dynamics

Strong communication skills

Microsoft Office Proficiency

Ability to travel 50%-80%
