Qualifications

• Experience in the disaster restoration industry.
• Business-to-business sales experience with agents, insurers, property managers.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and close new accounts.
• Territory/market penetration and account development.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrates products and assists customers in choosing.
• Develop and maintain relationships in assigned territory/market segment.
• Make calls and in-person visits to customers.
• Research potential customers and determine value.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, management, and production.
• Plan sales strategy to maximize ROI.
• Participate in associations/tradeshows.
