Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Grenada, MS. You will support customers, lead team activities, manage daily store operations, and drive growth across the brand network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and related products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside of the office as needed (on-site errands, etc.).
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and in-store events.
