Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Clearwater, FL location to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages.

You will support store operations, drive sales against KPIs, recruit and lead the team, manage payroll, inventory, and merchandising, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and deliver a welcoming store atmosphere that builds customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales-focused team.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to achieve KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching staff.
• Oversee daily operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards.
