Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in London, KY to support customers and lead store operations. You’ll drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management while gaining hands-on leadership experience and advancing within the company.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, with a focus on developing leadership and supervisory skills, while earning a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required according to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing and ancillary products.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data accurately and support staff with training as needed.
• Support and develop Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Maintain security protocols and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Attend to store audits, reporting, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Work full-time, including weekends; typical minimum 40 hours per week.
