Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH. Earn $22.00 per hour plus incentives, with benefits and growth opportunities.

You will support the site manager, drive sales of unlimited wash packages, and upsell products while coaching a team for excellent customer care. The role requires leadership and customer service experience, weekend availability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and cultivate respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staffing scheduling and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, deposits, and audits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash processes and equipment; pursue training opportunities.
