My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role is based at our Mesa, AZ location with base pay plus commissions and a clear path to management.

You will be expected to lead by example, drive sales performance, manage operations, and train staff while ensuring excellent service and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless retail required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays required.
• Proven ability to meet performance/operation standards.
• Ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Outbound prospecting experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and ops initiatives promptly.
• Assist manager with operations, staffing, inventory, appearance.
