Setpoint Systems Corporation in Littleton, CO, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help lead our rapid growth in the Rocky Mountain Region. You will work alongside Senior Project Managers to execute high-complexity system integration projects from kickoff to close-out and own critical documentation and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in project management or systems integration and a bachelor's degree in engineering or management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or systems integration experience (Construction, Automation, or Controls industry is a major plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (Preferred).
• Expert-level skill with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Top-tier interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing high-complexity system integration projects from kickoff to close-out.
• Drive scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation to keep projects lean and fast.
• Identify and resolve project risks to protect timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Own project documentation from submittals to change orders and progress reports.
• Represent the Project Manager in review meetings and promote accountability.
