The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive performance through planning and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building automation and electrical systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team in design and execution of building automation systems (BAS).
• Ensure adherence to engineering processes and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain engineers; provide training and development.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams, customers, contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Define and track KPIs to drive accountability and results.
• Oversee design, submittals, BOMs, and documentation; attend meetings and site walks.
• Support sales with estimating and proposal reviews; assist with change orders.
