SES Technologies LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in coordinating schedules, budgets, document control, and quality standards for a growing West-line division. Based at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA, the position involves learning all project phases, continuing education, and close collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in construction as project engineer/assistant PM or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• USACE, NAVFAC, or federal construction experience preferred.
• ProCore, Primavera P6, RMS/eCMS, and MS Office familiarity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project budgets, change orders, scheduling, and submittal processing.
• Assist Project Manager with meetings minutes, daily reports, and project documentation.
• Develop understanding of drawings and specifications; review owner contract terms.
• Support field staff and help maintain project schedule; assist with subcontractor outreach and bid prep.
