Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in our store. You will analyze the business, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing opening and closing routines.

You’ll recruit and train staff, develop floor sets, coach performance, and maintain product knowledge and visual standards. This role offers room for growth within our internal promotion philosophy and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
