Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plan and develop associates to meet objectives.
• Provide coaching to support growth and engagement.
• Recruit and interview in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Maintain brand standards and store merchandising.
• Ensure product knowledge and use learning tools for updates.
