Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to partner with Store leadership in overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, merchandising, and talent acquisition. This role emphasizes driving sales, building customer relationships, and executing brand standards.

Qualifications

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or service environment.
• Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution focus.
• Uses critical thinking to execute operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes tools to deliver sales plans, develop associates and meet company objectives.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Coach associates to support growth and maintain an inspirational environment.
• Recruit talent and conduct interviews with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Prioritize development through an individual development plan.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using company tools.
• Maintain brand and merchandising standards and policies.
