Job summary

Movado Group is seeking an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) for key department stores. You will bridge between Sales Coordinator and Associate Account Executive, provide analytical and planning support to the Account Management team, and own small accounts or Ecom accounts while contributing to seasonal planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of professional wholesale, sales coordination, or merchandising experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account support and shadowing for assigned accounts with guidance from Sr. AE.
• Analyze Retail Sales and assist in topline analysis weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Support SKU assortment reviews and store/door sales, identify updates and markdowns.
• Manage orders and markdowns monthly/quarterly/seasonally based on trends.
• Build seasonal assortments by account and brand.
• Assist Sr. AE with quarterly/seasonal growth strategies for market meetings.
• Communicate product opportunities to Brand teams through sales and trends.
• Assist with new product launches quarterly by brand.
• Assist in inputting forecast data and manage Order Maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to allocate, fulfill, and ship on time.
• Track allocations and release orders; monitor price/order holds.
