Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations, home care leadership, or branch management.
• Proven track record of growing census and scaling service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth by building referral relationships and ensuring service readiness.
• Lead and coach Care Managers and branch staff toward targets and quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and daily field coordination.
• Manage client lifecycle from intake to care planning and monitoring.
• Maintain HIPAA/state regulations and conduct audits and reviews.
• Build relationships with referral sources and represent the branch publicly.
