Job summary

Farther Finance, LLC is seeking an Associate on the Advisor Business Development team to start conversations with financial advisors and turn them into opportunities. This high-volume outbound role trains you to build a track record and grow into running the full recruiting cycle.

You’ll work with Directors to schedule meetings and advance deals. Hybrid in New York, you’ll prospect by phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, and keep the CRM up to date while hitting weekly targets and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience building pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings between advisors and Directors.
• Run discovery to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing, and develop early-stage deals.
• Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline up to date.
• Hit and exceed weekly meeting and activity targets.
