You will handle deliveries and pickups, secure payments, build strong relationships, and support sales growth in a fast-paced RAC environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at home.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
