Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales. The role includes completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining showroom standards, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
