Rent-A-Center is looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and in-home service while maintaining showroom standards and safety compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operating guidelines.
