NBCUniversal is seeking an Account Director, Performance & Growth in San Francisco to lead demand for performance brands across linear and digital products, including streaming. You will manage relationships with clients and agencies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive incremental revenue for the NBCU portfolio.

The role requires a growth mindset, strong digital advertising knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and identify new/incremental revenue opportunities beyond servicing an existing book of business.
• Growth-oriented hunter mindset with experience developing new opportunities and expanding client investment.
• Strong technical aptitude, including using AI, automation, data, or emerging tech to improve workflows or solve problems.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance advertising, with understanding of measurement, attribution, optimization, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive linear and digital advertising demand for NBCU Platform across performance brands and agencies in the DTC category.
• Be an expert across NBCU digital and streaming products and present meaningful, sustainable opportunities.
• Execute day-to-day sales strategy; develop target lists, lead client outreach and engage NBCU opportunities.
• Leverage prospecting tools to identify and engage prospective clients and partners.
• Understand customer needs and provide market feedback to strengthen NBCU opportunities.
