NBCUniversal is seeking an Account Director of Performance & Growth (LA) to drive demand for performance brands across linear and digital products, including streaming. You will build relationships with clients and agencies, lead outreach, and collaborate with multiple NBCU teams to create proactive packages and opportunities.

The role requires a growth-oriented mindset, expertise in performance advertising, and 5+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, account management, programmatic/ad tech, or related media.
• Digital video experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven media strategies and drive investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Drive linear and digital advertising demand for NBCU Platform with performance brands and agencies.
• Develop and present integrated marketing solutions across NBCU products.
• Lead client outreach, prospecting, and relationship building with agencies and brands.
• Coordinate with Digital/Linear sales leads, Agency Partnerships, Marketing, and Legal to package offerings.
• Track revenue and report progress; leverage AI/automation to improve workflows.
