Butler/Till is seeking a Director of Growth to own and scale priority verticals such as Healthcare and Local-at-Scale. You will define comprehensive GTM strategies, build senior-level relationships, and translate market intelligence into actionable plans that position Butler/Till as a competitive partner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in multi-location, franchise, or local-at-scale marketing, media, or business development; agency, brand, or publisher side.
• Deep fluency across the Local-at-scale spectrum: national franchise systems, multi-location enterprises, and dealer/distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM strategy across priority verticals, including target audiences, messaging, and priority accounts.
• Build and maintain scalable playbooks (personas, positioning, case studies, and proof points).
• Translate market intelligence and category insights into clear, differentiated positioning.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to align strategy with campaigns, content, and pipeline focus.
