Job summary

INSERV - Environmental & Industrial Services is seeking a Sales Director to drive strategic growth, lead account acquisition, and manage business development across Environmental Services, Hydro Excavation, Industrial Services, and Waste Management Solutions.

You will report to executive leadership, design sales strategies, mentor account managers, and close major contracts with regional plants, utilities, municipalities, and construction partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership or senior sales experience in Environmental Services, Industrial Maintenance, Waste Management, Commercial Construction, or Utilities.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value B2B service contracts ($100,000+).
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning, hydro excavation, waste management, or spill response services preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and executive presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Indiana and neighboring states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year business development plans to drive revenue growth across INSERV service lines.
• Prospect, present, and close major service agreements with regional facilities, contractors, energy suppliers, and government entities.
• Maintain robust sales forecasting and pipeline health using CRM platforms.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Safety teams to ensure service delivery and accurate quotes.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, RFP submissions, and market trends throughout Indiana, Michigan, and the Midwest.
• Lead, coach, and support account representatives and field sales staff to meet and exceed quotas.
