Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Set and maintain strategy and operating model for PE marketing, communications, enrollment, and business development at portfolio level.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, in-house or with external vendors.
• Build scalable go-to-market protocols for launching new program campaigns.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to maintain messaging that raises SEAS PE visibility and demonstrates value.
• Participate in School- and University-level groups related to marketing, enrollment, and professional learning.
• Ensure judicious, ethical, and effective use of generative AI tools in marketing and business development.
• Delegate PE tasks clearly and scaffold appropriately; support departmental admin responsibilities.
