Job summary

NYU Stern School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director of Executive Education to support Senior and Associate Directors in growing the non-degree Executive Education and Lifelong Learning business.

The role involves executing a sophisticated marketing and business development strategy, delivering smooth program operations, and managing relationships with corporate firms and attendees across on-site, off-site, and virtual programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant professional level experience or equivalent combination.
• Marketing experience in a service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects and satisfying multiple high-level constituencies.
• Ability to develop School's relationships with corporate firms and individual attendees to increase interest and participation in executive education programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff and manage logistics and operations of multiple non-degree programs and executive education events.
• Manage marketing campaigns and engage with new and repeat clients.
• Contract and manage payments for faculty; collect and organize program materials.
• Coordinate program logistics and serve as relationship manager for designated non-degree programs.
