Job summary

Qualifications
- 6–8+ years in growth or digital marketing.
- Hands-on operator able to lead paid search, social, email, and web.
- Experience growing podcast audiences and newsletters.
- CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise.
- Strong commercial instincts and revenue focus.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Proven people leadership in small teams.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.
Responsibilities
- Audit channels, platforms, tools, and agency spend to map value.
- Deliver a 12-month growth roadmap with budgets and targets.
- Own download growth for new episodes and back catalog.
- Grow email subscribers and build lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
- Improve website performance, UX, and SEO for conversions.
- Lead paid media across Google and Meta; manage partners.
- Build a scalable growth process and lead a team of marketers.
