Job summary

Lotus Health AI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Acquisition lead to join our new LA office. You’ll own day-to-day campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, briefing and testing creative and adjusting spend based on performance.

You’ll also describe past budgets, justify decisions, and step into community, events, or PR work when growth calls. This founding role is key to our early-stage expansion in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience running paid campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and optimizing based on performance.
• Ability to describe a past budget: amount, channels, changes and outcomes.
• Willingness to take on community, events, or PR work when growth requires it.
• Track record of staying long enough to see growth ramps and adjust based on outcomes.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy spaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition day to day across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Brief and test creative; adjust spend based on performance data.
• Walk leadership through real budgets, spending decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead non-paid growth initiatives like community events or PR when needed.
