Job summary

10th St. Talent in Austin seeks a Growth Manager for New Customer Acquisition. You will own paid media strategy with Meta as the primary channel, guide creative testing, and lead a team of 8–10 across Austin and India.

On-site is preferred, with hybrid options and relocation support. You will read performance daily, adjust bidding, audience, and creative, and align the team to drive CAC, ROAS, and first-purchase profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media, performance, or growth marketing with Meta as a primary channel.
• $1M+ annual Meta spend personally accountable for, with proven economic improvements.
• Measurable CAC/ROAS/contribution margin improvements and levers used.
• D2C e-commerce experience with inventory, fulfillment, and high-SKU catalog.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid media performance with Meta as the core channel.
• Develop and run a creative testing program to identify winning assets.
• Lead 4–5 direct reports (8–10 total) across Austin and India; manage teams without external agencies.
