You will coordinate with pitch captains, oversee pitch operations, and champion best practices across assets, insights, and messaging. Exceptional writing, editing, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-service business or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success leading or managing new business teams.
• Proven track record of winning significant business or managing successful pitch programs.
• Superior writing and editing skills with the ability to craft and refine persuasive, creative communications.
• Experience with analytics, pipeline management, and translating data into strategic insights.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pitch captains on new business pursuits, refining strategy, positioning strengths, and mobilizing the organization.
• Embed best practices into how pitches are run, ensuring teams are functioning and selling at a high level.
• Lead a team of five or more dedicated to new business execution, coordinating creative responses and overseeing pitch operations.
• Track and analyze new business results, maintain pipeline data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
