Responsibilities

• Shape growth strategy and guide pursuit of new business.
• Mentor junior team members in proposal strategy and asset development.
• Maintain pipeline database and conduct quarterly analytics of new business results.
• Lead Playbook O/S adoption and local trainings for autonomy.
• Counsel local leaders on prospecting strategy and early-stage pipeline development.
