Job summary

RINA is seeking a Business Development Director- Infrastructure & Mobility to lead NAM commercial growth from Boston, Houston, or Chicago/Lisle, IL. You will drive revenue by developing key client accounts, shaping opportunities, and leading market assessments.

You will build partnerships, guide proposals, and ensure alignment of teams to deliver long-term value while expanding RINA’s strategic network. Strong leadership and client-focused selling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as stated.
• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting for transportation/infrastructure projects.
• National recognition as an expert in transportation through industry involvement.
• Experience with State DOT, Tollway, city and municipal projects in multiple states.
• 5+ years of business development or commercial sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a sales or business development team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete client development activities to generate new opportunities.
• Create and update client account plans to drive growth and client advocacy.
• Leverage networks to augment industry knowledge and opportunity identification.
• Maintain CRM data for all clients, opportunities, and interactions.
• Meet or exceed net sales targets established in planning efforts.
• Enhance NAM brand visibility through networking, conferences, and events.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management or related field
