Job summary

RINA is seeking a Business Development Director - Infrastructure & Mobility to lead the NAM commercial efforts across the Infrastructure + Mobility business. The role is based in Boston, Houston, or Chicago/Lisle, IL and focuses on driving revenue through strategic client engagement, market assessments, and proposal development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, finance or related field.
10+ years of experience in technical consulting for transportation or infrastructure projects.
National recognition as an expert in transportation field.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial success of Infrastructure + Mobility across NAM.
Manage client development activities to generate new opportunities and guide proposals.
Develop client account plans and pursue growth with strategic partners.
Maintain CRM data for clients, opportunities, and interactions.
Meet or exceed net sales targets and raise brand visibility in NAM.
