A leading in-home care provider in Montpelier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage their branch. This role involves developing marketing plans, managing relationships with referral partners, and ensuring staff effectiveness while cultivating a thriving workplace culture. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and success in business development. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly cash profit share, health insurance, and various perks including unlimited PTO.
